[list-arpalert] flag "1208889160" not available

I've tried rolling back all the way to version 2.0.8 with no luck. I've
tried deleting the arpalert.leases file and letting arpalert recreate
it. I've tried manually editing the maclist.allow file and removing the
last two fields. Doing that lets it start but it does not update the
maclist.deny file. If not running as a deamon I can see it logging
correctly to stdout but nothing changes in the deny file.

Also I can't seem to get anything to log in either the log file.

I've tried chown -R arpalert /usr/local/arpalert but that doesn't help.

Subject: flag "1208889160" not available

After copying the contents of arpalert.leases to maclist.allow using:

>>>cat /usr/local/arpalert/var/lib/arpalert/arpalert.leases >
/usr/local/arpalert/etc/arpalert/maclist.allow

I receive this error when trying to start arpalert:

>>>arpalert: file: "/usr/local/arpalert/etc/arpalert/maclist.allow",
line 1: flag "1208889160" not available

Here is the first line of the maclist.allow file:

>>>00:1c:23:14:0f:db 172.16.2.14 eth0 1208889160 296054

Thanks for your help.
