[list-arpalert] after mac timeout leases has not changed

Hi
I use mac timeout = 3888000 (45 days). After that, arpalert.leases does not changing. The older macs does not leave there.
I restarted daemon and nothing changed. After 5 minutes i restarted again and then older macs was realy forgotten.
